Felt Sense Foundations Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is entered into between Felt Sense hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the individual or entity accessing or using the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course, hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “User.”

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the Client does not agree to these terms, they should not use or purchase the course.

2. Limited Liability

   The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course.

3. Course Content

   3.1 Access: The Company grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course for personal and non-commercial purposes.

   3.2 Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided within the course, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course content without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Payment and Refunds

   4.1 Payment: The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the purchase of the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course as specified by the Company.

   4.2 Refunds: The Company may have a refund policy in place, which will be provided separately to the Client. The Client is responsible for reviewing and adhering to the refund policy.

5. Termination

   The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Client’s access to the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course at its discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

6. Privacy

   The Company’s privacy policy governs the use of personal information collected from or provided by the Client. By using the course, the Client consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Africa.

8. Entire Agreement

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company concerning the “Felt Sense Foundations” online course and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written.
